The service

Promptax provides an AI-assisted software generation service. You describe applications; the service generates code, files and previews.

Your account

You must be 13 or older, provide accurate registration information, and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You own the code generated for your projects. You may use, modify and deploy it anywhere. You retain all rights to your prompts and project content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Promptax to generate malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes others' rights; to probe or disrupt the service; or to resell access without agreement.

Generated output

AI output can be incorrect or insecure. Review generated code before deploying it to production — especially anything handling payments, credentials or personal data.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of a charge.

Affiliate programme

Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on attributed paid referrals. Self-referrals, fraudulent clicks, and brand-term search ads are prohibited and void commissions.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptax's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
