The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the property of Sequel AI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available only as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED CODE SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE DEPLOYMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEQUEL AI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination
